Project Description

This project required us to remove the front, back and side sloped roof creating a new hip to gable loft extension, and rebuilding the side wall to match the rest of the building.

We created one new bathroom and one new bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, and finished this space by laying wood flooring, tiling the bathroom and decorating to meet our clients' specification.

We installed a new staircase to match the style of the existing staircase.

This project took a total of 14 weeks to complete and we liaised with building control throughout.
